Papaya-Ginger Smoothie

Papaya has a slight muskiness that makes it a decent accomplice for both mellow and decisive fixings. Coupling it with mint gives this snappy to-fix smoothie a brilliant, clean taste.



What you need :

2 1/2 cups papaya (Solo or Mexican) chunks

2/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt

1 cup ice cubes

1 tablespoon finely chopped peeled fresh ginger


1 tablespoon nectar

Juice of 2 lemons

16 crisp mint leaves, in addition to 4 sprigs for topping

Instructions:

1. Refrigerate papaya until freezing, at any rate 1 hour or medium-term.

2. Mix papaya, ice, yogurt, ginger, nectar, and lemon squeeze in a blender. Indicate 1/4 cup water, 1 tablespoon at any given moment, until blend is smooth and diminished to wanted consistency. Mix in mint leaves. Top with mint sprigs.
