This smoothie is much the same as a yummy strawberry and banana milkshake … yet with bunches of included supplements!
Fixings
A bunch of strawberries
½ Banana
2 tbsp low fat or Greek yogurt
½ glass milk (ideally almond or coconut yet can be ordinary milk)
½ tsp honey bee dust
Discretionary: 1 tsp Acai Powder
Guidelines
Mix the majority of the fixings together until smooth and velvety.
