This veggie lover espresso smoothie is soooo tasty.
It's ideal for summer mornings when you need your espresso fix yet don't need sweltering beverages! What's more, indeed, you could have a veggie lover frosted espresso, which is an incredible thought as well, yet imagine a scenario where you need your espresso and your morning meal in one.

INGREDIENTS:
1 14oz (400ml) Can Lite Coconut Milk*
3 Frozen Bananas (~10.5oz/300g) – (previously peeled, broken into quarters and frozen for at least 12 hours)
2 Tbsp Almond Butter (or Peanut Butter)
4 tsp Instant Espresso Powder*
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup (or any syrup)

INSTRUCTIONS:
Add the coconut milk, frozen bananas, almond butter, instant espresso powder and maple syrup into your blender jug and blend until smooth.
Pour out into two glasses and serve.
