It's, similar to, an outing to the spa for a back rub. But you do it without anyone's help, it's less expensive, and you feel far superior a short time later. I'm taking very apprentice level classes – no incomprehensible posture endeavors before discouraging mirrors and no hot-yoga power outage scenes, not that I'd know anything about both of those things – and I'm basically jazzed over the amount I'm getting a charge out of it. "Elegance" and "adaptable" are about the last two words one could ever use to portray me, however in the event that I keep this up, perhaps I'll get somewhat nearer. Up until this point, it positively makes me feel extraordinary.

DIRECTIONS:
Spot all fixings in a blender and puree until smooth. Fill glasses, include fixings whenever wanted, and present with a straw.
