We truly are making the most of our smoothies, and today I have the first of two delicious watermelon smoothie plans to impart to you. These are so reviving, ideal for keeping children (and adults!) hydrated in the sweltering climate we're encountering this summer!
Ingredients
500 g watermelon flesh
100 g raspberries
150 g Greek yogurt
3-4 ice cubes
1 tbs nectar (optional)
Instructions
Generally, cleave the watermelon into bite-size pieces.
Toss the melon into a blender with the raspberries, Greek yogurt, and ice shapes.
Add honey to taste and mix until smooth. Serve right away.
